Caroline has been a highly experienced and successful craniosacral practitioner (CST)  for over 30 years. She has a background in nursing and is the mother of four children. Caroline was the first Englishwoman to complete the Upledger Institute professional training programme to Advanced Level 3 in the UK.



Since then, Caroline has built up a successful UK practice and has also practised in the US, Canada and Europe and has lectured in holistic medicine at the European Institute of Health and Medical Science. She has developed intra-oral courses for the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital School of Dentistry and the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic. Caroline has also acted as a consultant to Time-Life Books, and has broadcast for the BBC.

For a number of years Caroline was practising in Cavendish Square, London, with a leading group of holistic dentists, who are pioneers in their field. She has also worked with high-profile professional sportsmen and sportswomen, including the London Wasps and members of the English and Irish Rugby Teams. Caroline now practices at her home in Petworth.



Caroline has also developed her own workshops and masterclasses for professional health practitioners and private individuals who want to learn more about Craniosacral Practice and applying these techniques.
